6 PACK refuses to accept any routine in the workout. They design a different plan on a daily basis that caters to both beginners and experts, as well as men and women of all ages. To make this process even more accommodating, their group fitness certified instructors can modify parts of the workout on-the-fly if they seem too easy for some or too challenging for others.
